Derek was introduced to me by Maliga, my boss’s colleague at that time. We rang up Derek and he came and introduced the whole policy to us, and my wife signed up for it. However, nothing happened until February this year. My wife had a fall and she hurt her head. There was a brain injury, and they had to remove the scalp bone to relieve the pressure on the bone. She was in the hospital for about one month and then had to enter rehab and attend follow ups.
